Our standard MOQ is 1000 pieces per model. Lower quantities are available for sampling but incur higher unit costs. For bulk production, the 1000-piece minimum optimizes our stamping and vacuum insulation line efficiency, keeping pricing competitive for your inventory.

Samples ship within 7 days via DHL or FedEx. Bulk production requires 30-35 days from deposit and drawing approval. This timeline covers material sourcing, 304 stainless steel forming, vacuum insulation assembly, and the mandatory 100% final inspection before dispatch.

We require a 30% T/T deposit with the order, balance against the B/L copy. We accept L/C at sight for orders above USD 30,000. For sample orders, we accept credit card or PayPal to expedite delivery of prototypes.

We support full OEM/ODM services for private label clients. Our engineering team manages custom tooling for 304 stainless steel drinkware. We adapt existing molds or develop new shapes based on your technical drawings and specific vacuum insulation requirements.

We provide laser engraving, screen printing, and heat transfer for logos. Pantone matching is available for powder coating finishes. Custom packaging designs are supported with dieline approval. All branding applications are tested for adhesion and durability during the 3-stage inspection process.

Every unit undergoes a 100% vacuum insulation test to verify thermal retention. We also perform a 3-stage leak inspection on all items before packing. This ensures every tumbler and bottle meets performance standards, not just batch samples.

We provide a 1-year warranty covering thermal failure and manufacturing defects. Our rigorous process maintains a failure rate below 0.5%. Claims require photo evidence; defective units are replaced or credited in subsequent shipments to minimize your supply chain disruption.

We quote FOB Ningbo by default, with EXW and CIF available. Samples ship via DHL or FedEx. Bulk orders are packed in polybags and master cartons on pallets for sea freight, optimizing container space and minimizing damage during transit.
